Director/Sr. Director of Growth Marketing (Wellness and Consumer Products)

Director of Growth Marketing for a wellness consumer product company that has established products, as well as newer forward-facing consumer goods. This role is responsible for customer acquisition across online and offline channels and will also develop existing campaigns while testing and growing new channels. This role reports to the CEO and requires someone who is strategic and hands on that’s seeking an opportunity to really impact and influence an organization.

Experience needed includes 6-10 years of’ experience in managing performance marketing campaigns for a consumer product across various media channels including ecommerce, social, short form TV, podcasting, and affiliate, a proven track record in managing and optimizing $1M+ monthly budgets. 3+ years in managing media agencies and/or marketing teams for a performance marketing / direct marketing company and strong analytical skills, and expert experience in A/B testing and optimization.

Duties included are overseeing channel management across the performance acquisition marketing mix including search, display, paid social, native, affiliate, short form TV, OTT, SMS, radio, and podcast, achievement of clear and measurable growth goals through innovative and efficient acquisition campaigns through a variety of digital and offline channels, skilled in the cutting edge of new customer acquisition, and be savvy enough to growth hack when necessary to prove out emerging channels,  and spearhead creative brainstorm sessions, lead development of new offers, funnels, creative executions and tactics to grow new customer acquisition channels and manage and hold agencies accountable to results, establishing attribution models that help identify strongest channel ROAS.
